About Tucson Yoga

At Tucson Yoga we are passionate about sharing diverse practices of Yoga as a truly affordable and sustainable method of self-care. Through our studio, we offer yoga classes, workshops and trainings. Our mission is to nurture an expanding community of people who value health and awareness as a foundation for a meaningful life.

Our excellent teaching staff offers 25 classes per week in Beginning Yoga, Hatha Flow, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Mindfulness Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Mama & Baby Yoga, and more. Class levels range from beginner to advanced, and styles range from slow and relaxing to challenging and vigorous.

Our eco-friendly studio features a beautiful cork floor, plenty of street parking and bike parking, and is conveniently located near the University of Arizona and downtown Tucson, with easy access for driving, biking or walking.

History of Tucson Yoga

Tucson Yoga grew from a vision to create an affordable and accessible yoga center, and became the first low-cost yoga studio in the country. Over the years this has helped bring yoga into the lives of tens of thousands of people, and our commitment to affordability has attracted a diverse student community.  We've become known for our excellent teaching staff with rich backgrounds and creative approaches. Since Tucson Yoga opened, other yoga studios in Tucson have been inspired to offer reduced-cost classes, and Tucson is now the leading city in the country for low-cost yoga, inspiring studios in other cities around the country and around the world.
