Julie Baron
Julie Baron has been practicing yoga for 12 years and qigong for 9 years. She teaches many kinds of yoga, from quiet Yin Yoga classes to vigorous Vinyasa Flow. She applies her understanding of chi flow in the body when teaching meditation and yin yoga practice.
Julie received her yoga teacher certification at Seven Centers in Sedona. She is also a licensed massage therapist and shiatsu practitioner with her own private practice. In addition, she works with traditional Chinese herbs and teaches Zen Health workshops, helping others to understand their bodies through the lens of the Five Element Theory and Traditional Chinese medicine. She makes, uses and sells her own injury treatment salve utilizing Traditional Chinese Herbs.
