Correct contact information is required to keep your Tucson Yoga membership active.  Please enter your primary email address - do not enter a secondary email address.  In case of changes to membership terms or problems with your payment, we require a reliable email address and phone number.  We will not add your email address to any lists, nor will we send you unwanted email.  You'll receive exactly one email message per month notifying you that your payment has been made.  We have never shared email addresses with third parties, and we never will. 

Memberships with incorrect or outdated contact information will be deactivated until proper contact information is supplied.
