Updates to your membership:

To update your email address, phone number, or billing address please email Joanna Carichner at joanna@tucsonyoga.com.

To update your credit card, you can either call Joanna at 988-1832 ext. 9, or bring your new card to class and ask the teacher to scan it as a membership card update (it won't be charged until your next scheduled payment day).

Membership Cancellation/Suspension FAQ's

If I cancel my membership, how long can I continue using it?
Your membership will be valid for the full number of days you paid for.  So, if you submit a cancellation request on the 3rd day of the month and your last payment was on the 15th of the previous month, you'll still be able to use your membership until the 14th day of the current month, just before your next payment would have been due.

Can I put my membership on hold?  I'm going on an extended vacation and I'm not sure when (or if) I'm coming back. 
There is no way to indefinitely suspend or hold your membership.  If you don't know when you want to restart your membership, then it will technicall be cancelled.  You'll be able to start a new membership anytime, with the initial 2 month minimum requirement.  On the other hand, if you're just taking a vacation and you know exactly when you're restarting your membership, go to the Membership Suspension Form to request a payment adjustment.
