Cancellation & Absence Policy for Workshops & Courses
Cancellations made 2 or more weeks in advance will receive a 100% refund minus a $10 administrative fee. Refunds will be distributed in the same way that the payment was made: credit card, PayPal, or check/cash.
Cancellations made less than 2 weeks but more than 7 days in advance are will receive a refund minus a 20% administrative fee. (The 168 hours is calculated from the actual time that the workshop is scheduled to begin.) Refunds will be distributed in the same way that the payment was made: credit card, PayPal, or check/cash.
Cancellations made less than 7 days (168 hours) but more than 48 hours in advance will receive a refund minus a 50% administrative fee. (The 168 hours is calculated from the actual time that the workshop is scheduled to begin). Refunds will be distributed in the same way that the payment was made: credit card, PayPal, or check/cash.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund or credit. However, if you won't be attending the workshop we request that you still contact us to let us know.
Pre-registering for a course or workshop implies an agreement that you intend to show up at the scheduled times and days. Make-up classes are not available, and payment cannot be applied to future sessions, except under the advance cancellation rules listed above. Regrettably, we cannot refund payments for classes that are missed due to illness or emergencies.
How to Cancel Your Registration
Call 520-988-1832 or email email@example.com to cancel a workshop registration payment. If you paid online with a PayPal account that's under somebody else's name or with an old email address, be sure to specify the name and email address that were used to make the payment.
Class Passes and Time Series
Class Passes - Purchases of the 5-Class Pass and 10-Class Pass are non-refundable. Passes do not have an expiration date, and can, therefore, be given to another person to use.
Memberships can be canceled with notification at least 7 days before the next billing cycle is scheduled. Membership payments already made are non-refundable.
Time Series (i.e. 1-Month Passes, 3-Month Passes, or 6-Month Passes) are non-refundable and carry a static expiration date that cannot be extended. Time series can, however, be transferred to another person. To transfer your pass to another person, send the person's name, phone and email address to firstname.lastname@example.org.
