This restorative offering is designed to release tension in the body to allow for deep cellular nourishment and healing. We will begin with a brief mudra meditation, followed by gentle stretches and restorative yoga to open the body, optimizing energy and blood flow to all the organs. Benefits of restorative yoga include a nourished nervous system, improved sleep, strong immune system, deep muscular relaxation and enhanced mood.
The class will end with a short Yoga Nidra practice supporting inner transformation as the mind releases old belief patterns to allow for inner peace.
