Paper Pass Expiration

As of October 1, 2018, we are no longer accepting paper passes. All previously redeemed passes will expire one year from the date you turned them in.

Cancellation & Absence Policy for Workshops & Courses

Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance will receive a refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Refunds will be distributed in the same way that the payment was made.

Cancellations made less than 7 calendar days but more than 48 hours in advance will receive a refund minus a 50% administrative fee. 

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund. You will receive a 40% studio credit applicable towards class passes or other workshops. Credit must be used within one year.

Pre-registering for a course or workshop implies an agreement that you intend to show up at the scheduled times and days. Make-up classes are not available, and payment cannot be applied to future sessions, except under the advance cancellation rules listed above. Regrettably, we cannot refund payments for classes that are missed due to illness or emergencies.

Class Passes and Time Series

Drop-ins, 5 and 10-Class Passes are non-refundable. Passes expire one year after the date of purchase and can be transferred to another person at any time.

Unlimited Month (autopay) can be cancelled with notification at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. Membership payments already made are non-refundable and non-transferable.

1-Month and New Student 2-Week Unlimited Passes are non-refundable, non-transferable and carry a static expiration date that cannot be extended.
