Basics Learn yoga at a slow and steady pace in a nourishing environment with informative instruction. Suggested for new students and people with minor injuries or physical limitations.
Flow 60 Explore flow practice with alignment-based instruction for structural integrity, strength building and body awareness. Appropriate for beginning and continuing students. $4 drop-in cash only, $8 on credit card or use any other TY pass.
Gentle Experience a quiet, slow-paced practice emphasizing gentle movement and relaxation. Recommended for new students and people with limited mobility.
Gentle & Restorative Enjoy a rejuvenating practice with longheld poses supported by props to experience relaxation in a wakeful state. Appropriate for all levels.
Mama & Baby Connect with your baby, celebrate your (new) body and come back to your breath. All babies and mamas welcome.
Mindfulness Yoga Practice mindfulness on the mat with contemplative Buddhist teachings to guide your flow. Recommended for beginning to advanced students interested in the deeper wisdom teachings.
