Kiana Clarke is an avid yoga practitioner and student. Currently earning a degree in nutrition, she has a deep interest in the human body and preventative medicine and believes good food and yoga are the keys to a healthy life. She hopes to one day combine her passions for health and the female cause to become a doula or natural birth coach.
Kiana has practiced yoga for six years and is currently studying Ashtanga yoga with Laurent Baig. Therefore, her teaching style includes a large emphasis on breath and the connection between mind and body, creating a class that is physically and mentally focused. Her largest aim in teaching yoga is to empower practitioners, on and off the mat. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and friends, baking, riding her bike and going on hikes through Tucson's beautiful mountains.
