During winter, when the earth is at rest preparing for the new growth of spring, we can take the cue to slow down. This season is linked to the element of water, the most yin of all the elements. This practice will provide a space for deep reflection and stillness to connect with the power of inner strength, wisdom, fulfillment and peace.
